The world’s fastest humans will attempt to break the current land speed record of 89.59 mph in Battle Mountain over the 6-day event. Teams representing ten nations — the US, France, Russia, Japan, Canada, Italy, Mexico, the Netherlands, Australia and England — will compete with their pedal powered vehicles in the World Human Powered Speed Challenge.
