Today we're using a revolutionary concoction that we're sure you'll find many uses for over the holidays.

A shrub to the founding fathers was not a small bush, but a beverage made from fruit juice combined with vinegar and sugar. Often brandy or rum was added to preserve it. It was enjoyed on it's own or used in cooking.

Today we're using Cranberry Shrub. It's a great color. We're serving Cranberry Shrub Champagne Cocktail. And you might want to try the mixed green salad with Cranberry Shrub Vinaigrette.
