Hot Pepper Polenta


Coat a 2 quart casserole with cooking spray. Combine water, cornmeal, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Place over medium to high heat and cook stirring as it thickens. When thick, lower heat and stir in cheese. Remove from heat and serve immediately. Serve with French Bistro Chicken with Balsamic Sauce .
