Islamorada Fetticine Alfredo
Cream together:
1 stick unsalted butter
1 cup grated parmesan
1 egg yolk
splash of cream
pepper, salt and freshly grated nutmeg to taste (go heavy on the nutmeg)
Toss with 1/2 pound cooked fetticine, hot.
Sprinkle pine nuts on top.
